1. Introduction
Welcome to my online ballet coaching services, Face the barre. By using my services,
you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern
your use of my coaching services, so please read them carefully.
2. Services
My online ballet coaching services include live 1-1 Zoom sessions and instructional
materials designed to improve your ballet skills. It is important to note that these
services are not a substitute for in-person instruction and are intended to supplement
your existing training.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment for my coaching services is to be made in advance, and the specific details of
payment options will be communicated upon registration. I reserve the right to offer
discounts or promotions at my discretion. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of
sessions are subject to my refund policy, which will be provided to you upon
registration.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for creating a safe environment for your online coaching
sessions. You are also expected to treat the instructor and other potential participants
with respect and follow all instructions provided during the sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, lesson plans, and videos provided during coaching sessions
are the intellectual property of my business. Clients are granted a limited, non-
transferable license to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial
purposes.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
I am committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Any information collected
from you will be used in accordance with my privacy policy, which outlines how your
data is collected, stored, and used.
7. Participation of Minors
7.1 Parental or Guardian Consent:
For clients under the age of 18, parental or
legal guardian consent is required to participate in my online ballet coaching
services. By registering a minor for my services, the parent or legal guardian
acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions on behalf of the minor.
7.2 Responsibility of the Parent or Guardian:
The parent or legal guardian is
responsible for ensuring that the minor complies with the terms and conditions,
including the code of conduct during coaching sessions. The parent or legalguardian also acknowledges that they are responsible for the actions and
behavior of the minor during the coaching sessions.
7.3 Information Collection:
I may collect personal information from minors for the
purpose of providing my coaching services. The collection and use of personal
information of minors will be done in accordance with our privacy policy and
applicable laws.
7.4 Termination of Services:
I reserve the right to terminate the coaching services
for a minor if there are violations of the terms and conditions or if the behavior
of the minor is deemed inappropriate, with or without parental or legal guardian
consent.
7.5 Liability Waiver:
The parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that
they release me from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during
the coaching sessions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under
applicable laws.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
While I strive to provide safe and effective coaching, I cannot guarantee specific
outcomes or results. By using my services, you acknowledge and accept any associated
risks and release me from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during or
as a result of the coaching sessions.
9. Cancellation policy
9.1 Cancellation Notice
Clients are required to provide written notice of cancellation if they wish to terminate
their participation in my online ballet coaching services. Notice of cancellation should
be submitted to me at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled coaching session.
9.2 Cancellation Process
Upon receiving a cancellation notice, I will process the request and confirm the
cancellation with the client. Cancellations will be addressed in accordance with the
terms outlined in this policy.
9.3 Rescheduling Sessions
Clients may request to reschedule coaching sessions under certain circumstances.
Requests for rescheduling should be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the
original session date, and are subject to availability.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and
conditions, the services provided, or any other interactions with my online ballet
coaching business, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of Estonia.
